
I began my journey at Belas Artes as Marketing Coordinator and currently serve as a Digital Project Specialist. Over the years, I’ve led strategic initiatives focused on the institution’s digital transformation.
One of the first challenges was reorganizing the architecture of Belas Artes’ various websites, ensuring a more cohesive, modern, and efficient user experience. This restructuring laid the foundation for many subsequent improvements.
I also implemented robust security measures after a series of breach attempts, ensuring greater stability, trust, and protection across all digital environments.
We achieved over 150% organic traffic growth by applying advanced SEO techniques, with a strong focus on content restructuring, performance, and user experience.
In addition, I developed automated Airflow routines to integrate data between the Educational CRM, Google Ads, and Meta, enabling smarter, more personalized actions — resulting in over 100% increase in sign-up conversions.
I also created an interactive game to welcome new students, teaching them in a playful way how to navigate the institution’s portals and services.

I led the development of the new digital infrastructure for the R7 Postgraduate project, including server preparation, performance optimization, and a scalable architecture focused on lead generation and visibility.
I coordinated livestreams and institutional event broadcasts, from technical planning to execution, ensuring platform integration, system stability, and alignment with academic goals.
Currently, I lead the development of new products like BA Play — a proprietary streaming platform designed for classes, events, and on-demand content, expanding the educational experience beyond the classroom.
