At Pró-Morato NGO, I worked entirely on a volunteer basis, planning and developing the organization’s new digital presence through a full website redesign based on Design Thinking methodology.
I led all stages of the process — empathy, definition, ideation, and prototyping — focusing on the real needs of Francisco Morato residents and future volunteers.
The project included competitor analysis, persona creation, and content restructuring to make it easier to access information about social programs, news, and contact channels.
I implemented on-page SEO using Yoast SEO, properly configuring meta descriptions, focus keyphrases, and page hierarchy.
I also guided the NGO’s team on web writing best practices and supported the site’s compliance with Google Ad Grants requirements — contributing to stronger institutional communication.
All content was adapted with a focus on accessibility, readability, and conversion, aiming to expand the reach of the NGO’s social initiatives.

The new site was designed to be lightweight, responsive, accessible, and secure — following performance guidelines and digital privacy best practices.
I worked collaboratively with the NGO’s team, ensuring each technical decision reflected the organization’s identity and values.
More than a redesign, the goal was to generate real impact in the community, broadening the reach of their programs and making it easier for people to get involved.
